What a Big Buys alert means

A Big Buys alert means a large single purchase hit the token.

As a rule, a buy is a fact. The reason behind it is a guess. Bgbcn uses the Big Buys channel for the facts and keeps the guessing for later.

When tracked wallets move, Big Buys prints it. Bgbcn adds the context: size against liquidity, wallet history and what those wallets did after.

Quick test: Check whether several buying wallets were funded from one source a few minutes earlier. Open the buying wallet and read its last twenty trades before trusting the buy.

How Bgbcn filters

Filters are a choice, not a truth. This is the choice Bgbcn made for Big Buys alerts:

  • liquidity at least $10.0K
  • at least 250 holders
  • top-10 wallets holding at most 25 %

At build time the lane held 27 recent alerts covering about 4 hours; 11 of them cleared the screen. The passing group sat at a median $6.18M cap with $533.1K in the pool and roughly 5343 holders. Thin pools were common: 10 of 27 had less than 10 % of their cap in liquidity. Median concentration in the lane: 24 % of supply in the top ten wallets.
